REVIEWS:

"James Counihan is the third and final actor in the tour playing to perfection the roles of Mary Bennet, Charles Bingley, Mr. Collins, and Mr. Wickham. From the moment James sashayed onto the stage dressed as Mary Bennet I knew this was going to be a good show. His comedic timing was first rate and he did an excellent job of separating each role so that when he was on stage in one of the diverse roles, you knew he was 100% committed to the role."--"Pride and Prejudice"--The Joyous Living Blog

"The noble and good are so darn decent you want to weep...this is especially true for Pericles, the young Prince of Tyre, who's delightfully both handsome and humble, as splendidly conveyed by James Counihan. His delivery is articulate, audible, eloquent, nuanced, and heartfelt; he conveys much of the storyline and emotional pull."

Barbara Adams--"Pericles"--Ithaca.com

"The young actor playing Pericles, James Counihan is immensely appealing in the role."

"Another standout performer was James Counihan, who played Barnaby Tucker. Throughout there were moments of very low excitement and energy from the performers. I would look at James and sure enough he would be active and reacting to everything that was happening in his character's world. He was also the main source of comic relief. From the second he made his first entrance to when he took his bow, I was able to identify and clearly understand where this character was coming from and what he wanted."

Jona Bolander--"Hello, Dolly!"--Pittsburgh Post Gazette

Hurrell is in good company with veterans Adam Berkebile as Hysterium, and James Counihan as Senex, at his side for much of the musical...The thrill of watching Hurrell, Berkebile, and Counihan results from their genuine and radiating joy of being on stage."
